"Starting volleyball my freshman year of high school, I was considered a late bloomer but had so much love for the sport that I improved with practice. Since then, I've involved myself in the sport in multiple ways, as a coach, referee, as well as playing in adult recreational leagues with some of my fellow coaches. All of these experiences has allowed me to see every perspective of the sport.

I used to be a player in the 365vbc program when I was in high school. Once I graduated, I stayed with the program and continued to participate as a coach. Since coaching, I've seen so many players increase their skills, confidence, and love for the sport!

Volleyball has taught me that good communication is critical to every aspect of the sport. Whether it's player to player on the court, coach to player, or coach to parent. "
